Personality is a sum total of all Physical, Mental, Emotional, Attitudes, Values, Interests and Motivational factors. Personality is the Core Potential that determines one’s success in life.

People’s personalities continues to develop throughout their lifetime. Specific traits change at different rates and to different degrees. Improving communication skills, confidence building and improving Interpersonal skills are some of the areas focussed.

Personality development involves recognising, being aware and accepting each aspect of life and then strive to strike a balance in life. It is being in control of life and being driven by circumstances.

Communication Skills:
Communication, simply means….sharing meaningful messages.


Communication is the process of transferring or exchanging information and understanding from one to one or one to many. Communication is something everyone does and learns even before we are born. Still in all practical situations it continues to be the major reason for stressful relations, be in family, friends, society, work place or any other platform.

The skill of communicating effectively is important for people from all walks of life – Students, Professionals, Job seekers, Managers, Business leaders or even home makers. It is a skill, can be learnt and developed.

This is two days program for corporates conducted in a group of 15-25. The program can be designed and delivered for individuals as well, spread over 4-6 sessions with a gap of 3-6 days, each sessions of 2 hours with practical exercises, videos and games.

At the end of the program, the participant(s) would learn:

  • Types of communication;
  • Process of communication;
  • Listening skills;
  • Barriers to effective communication;
  • Body language and communication;
  • Business communication skills (Optional) – Verbal as well as written;
