An organization has the greatest chance of being successful when all of the employees work toward achieving its goals. Since leadership involves the exercise of influence by one person over others, the quality of leadership exhibited by supervisors is a critical determinant of organizational success.

This program is for people in a supervisory role and middle management level.
The Leadership development programs are conducted as a series of 4-6 modules over a period of 4-6 months with each module focusing on one key aspect of Leadership. The major areas covered are:

Module 1: What is Leadership, Leadership vs Management, Theories of Leadership and Situational Leadership? (With activities and case studies this may require 1.5 days duration)

Module 2: Building Ownership at Work place. (One day module in a workshop style), Defining Role, Responsibilities, Accountability and Ownership. Factors that helps build ownership and how of it.

Module 3: Seven Habits of Highly Effective People – Based on book by Steven Covey (Two days module with videos, activities and presentations)

Module 4: The Monkey management. Skills of a Leader to get work done through people by holding them accountable.

Module 5: Conducting Effective Meeting (half day module) – To ensure that office meeting become more productive and objective rather than a repetitive time wasting activity. And that only the relevant people attend the meetings with clear agenda and ideas / solution / feedback to share in the decision making.
